Paladin Group was formed in 1993 to fill a gap in corporate advisory services.  Though there were legions of M&A firms, consultants, commodities brokers, marketing and P/R firms, there was no company capable of multiple roles at a high level.  Paladin's focus  therefore evolved to having the contacts and resources to offer comprehensive services, utilizing outside specialists as necessary, and coordinating those services to produce superior results for our clients. 

 About Douglas Allan, President

Douglas Allan's career has encompassed banking, M&A, advertising/public affairs, consulting, printing, direct marketing and a (youthful) year as a tour director in Hawaii. He has served as Chairman & President of the Philadelphia Direct Marketing Association, on the Leadership Committee of the Congressional Medal of Honor Society, as Chairman of the Corporate Council of the Republican Party of Pennsylvania, and as a volunteer communications advisor for the Northern Home for Children, from which he received a special "Outstanding Humanitarian" award.  He is currently Chairman and President Emeritus of the Napoleonic Historical Society.                                                                                                                     Allan is a graduate of Georgetown University's School of Business Administration.
